​Tracey commenced recruiting in Brisbane in 1995, and has spent the majority of her career at a senior management level. She has an extensive background in various recruitment methodologies and has consulted to some of Brisbane’s largest corporations.

Tracey manages the consulting team for all temporary and permanent recruitment, as well as continuing to provide staffing solutions to key clients. Tracey is a certified professional AHRI member and she regularly hosts Pure Source Recruitment client forums and presents on a number of HR and Recruitment related topics.
