Schadd Montgomery

Schadd acquired a diverse range of skills and experience in his early working years, Golf ball recovery specialist and salesperson, Garden Waste Bin Collector, Trades Assistant, Commercial Cleaner, Weekend Service Station attendent, and Promotional representative for Alcohol Companies.

In amongst this flurry of activity, he completed his Electrical Fitter-Mechanic apprenticeship to achieve his Trade qualifications at the tender age of 20. Most of the next decade was spent working in a variety of roles within the service, repair and maintenance sectors of the Electrical Industry.

The years following those then led to opportunities to transition into Customer Service, Sales and then Account Management roles with local companies as well as global corporates in Fire Safety Systems, Hygiene and Sanitation programs, and Food safety and training.

Fast forward to early 2004 and the opportunity arrived for getting Pure Source Recruitment up and running. Schadd oversees the operations and finances of PSR to ensure they can continue to deliver the high levels of service and results to their Clients and Candidates in the ever evolving Recruitment landscape.
