Sometimes, these great people find us - usually through referrals from people they trust. This inspired our Candidate Referral Program, which celebrates and rewards the connections that help us bring together quality people with quality organisations.

When you refer someone to us who is seeking employment and we successfully* place them in a permanent position, we express our gratitude with a $500 gift card. It's our way of saying thank you for enhancing our network with quality professionals.

To make a referral, simply complete the details below, and we will take it from there. (Please refer to the terms and conditions below before submitting)

Candidate Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Candidate referred to us must be successfully placed in a permanent or fixed term contract position by Pure Source Recruitment, and they must remain employed full-time in that position for a minimum period of 3 months.
  2. If the referred Candidate has previously registered with Pure Source Recruitment as a Candidate, and has been contacted by us within the past 6 months, then Pure Source Recruitment is not liable to offer or provide a referral reward.
  3. Referrals must come directly to Pure Source Recruitment via the form above and not be shared simultaneously with any other recruitment agency or organisation.
  4. We recommend that the Referrer seek the advice of the appropriate taxation specialist regarding how the voucher is treated from an income tax perspective.
  5. Any fee associated with the placement of the referred Candidate must be received in full by Pure Source Recruitment prior to any reward being provided
  6. Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Referred Candidate or the Referrer has provided any information that is false in any respect, then Pure Source Recruitment is not liable to supply the gift card
