The Pure Source office is a professional, collaborative and informal one where all staff work together to achieve successful outcomes for our clients, our candidates and each other.
Our consultants perform the full end to end recruiting process; starting with meeting the client to discuss the job specification, right through to the candidate placement and the post placement service. They act as Client Relationship Managers, by being the one point of contact for all of the clients staffing needs. We believe this is the most effective way to provide the best possible experience and outcome for our client, and our candidate.
Our active and passive candidate pool is discussed, and shared amongst the consultants on a daily basis. This enables us to identify the most qualified candidates available for the job opportunities we are working on. We are always open to speaking with people that are looking for an opportunity to join a smaller specialist recruiting agency where you can build and develop loyal and long term relationships with your clients, candidates and colleagues.
